The Alaska Software group announces a reorganization of its organizational structure. Starting Feb. 1st. 2004 Alaska Software Inc., Germany, which is a subsidiary of Alaska Software Inc., USA has taken over the entire operational business of Alaska Software Technology AG. Alaska Software Inc., Germany, is taking care of the needs and matter of the the European, Middle East and African market places.

This reorganization and consolidation of the Alaska Software Group was carried out to better adjust to the requirements of the world-wide Xbase market and is going to establish a solid foundation for the future of its Xbase⁺⁺ product.
